課程介紹

本課程著重實務經驗,內容參考國內外人力資源管理相關的理論及文獻,更注重我國餐旅產業相關政策及發展趨勢。從旅館以及餐飲業界著手學習人力資源管理技能,從人員召募到福利制度之建立,再到勞工安全於餐旅產業之重要性,以使學生能夠迅速由理論切入實務界之實際運用。Drawing from human resource management (HRM) theories and cases, this course emphasizes on learning practical personnel management and hands-on experiences. Specifically, students will be taught to understand human resource practices, policies, and outlook of the hospitality industry in Taiwan. Using lodging and restaurant businesses as discussion bases, this course provides HRM knowledge and skills from employee hiring to compensation planning, to essential occupation safety and health administration in the hospitality industry.
