全球數位資訊化及大數據的超載、產品生命週期縮短且銷售渠道多元化、一對一的社羣關係行銷等,已劇烈地衝擊市埸的生態環境和競爭勢態。本課程介紹同學網路行銷的基本概念與新的網路行銷相關模式,包括電子商務、支付工具、網路媒體與網路廣告、網路行銷推廣(如關鍵字搜尋)等,期望同學能與網際網路的發展同步前進,以保持在新經濟時代的競爭力。本課程透過課堂講解、個案研討、綜合討論的方式加強學生對餐旅產業網路行銷的瞭解並希望為學生建立對電子商務的基本認識而經由互動的方式讓學生探討電子商務與網路行銷趨勢及餐旅相關產業的重要性。The digitalization of global business, the overload of big data, the shortening of product life cycle, the diversification of online marketing channels, and the one-to-one social marketing, have already impacted the ecological environment and competitive situation of the global market. This course introduces students with an Internet marketing "blueprint" and new network marketing tools. Important topics include online product development and management, online pricing strategy, Internet distribution and marketing strategy, online brand management, Internet and relationship marketing. This course also describes the application of online marketing practices (such as blog marketing, community marketing, online advertising, etc.) in the sales and promotion of hospitality-related products through classroom lecture, case studies, group discussions to enhance students' understanding of subject matters and the importance of Internet marketing trends in the hospitality-related industries.
